How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is simple:

  1. Locate your Order Number from your order confirmation email.
  2. Enter your Order Number and registered email address in the tracking form.
  3. Click the Track Order button to view the latest status of your shipment.

Order Status Definitions

Order Received

Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting processing.

Processing

Your order is being prepared and verified for shipment.

Shipped

Your package has been dispatched and is on its way to the delivery address.

Out for Delivery

The package is with the delivery carrier and is scheduled for delivery.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled and will not be shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Carrier-related issues
